Today's topic is CELEBRITY HAIRSTYLES!!

This was a pretty easy post for me since I've been looking for hairstyles for my upcoming bridal pictures!

Here's the inspiration I'm going for...

CARRIE UNDERWOOD

Her hair is always so prefect and the blonde color is very close to mine. I really love this style!!! It's very elegant and the bump on top would really add the extra height to my short 5 foot self that I need!!

EVA LONGORIA

She is sooooo sexy and whether it's short or long Eva's hair is always so beautiful! This style is a little more simple yet wavy which I really like too!

OH AND SOME GREAT NEWS......

OUR HONEYMOON IS OFFICIALLY PAID OFF!!!!!!!!!!

My dad shocked me today too when we were talking about the Mayan ruin excursion we want to do in Cozumel and............he's paying for it as a gift us!! I love my daddy!!!

Thankful Thursday

I'm thankful tomorrow is my sister Courtney's 23rd birthday!

Best part of all she is home and not in a hospital!!

Plus she is doing absolutely wonderful and

 I couldn't ask for more than that! :)

I'm thankful my church is having a ladies night tomorrow night

The men have been planning a fish fry at

 one of the men's homes so last night the ladies

 decided we deserved a night to ourselves too!

 We're going to a local Italian restaurant then

 to the coffeehouse for dessert and live music!  

I'm thankful my future in laws are coming to visit this weekend

I would rather it be just my fiance's parents

 and not the niece and nephew too, but

 it'll still be nice to catch up and fill

 them in on what all we've accomplished

 for the wedding.

I'm thankful we are 79 days away!

I wish it was here now, but at least it's 

getting closer and closer. Once March is

over every weekend is almost filled with

stuff.

First Engagement Session Photo!!

I have been constantly checking my photographer's blog several times a day for our engagement session picture(s) to be posted and I was so excited when Quade called me today to tell me to go look it up! I was really hoping that they would post several but I know they have been extemely busy so I truly appreciated them posting at least one!!

This was taken in the downtown Bryan area and I just love the historic buildings in the background. :) I'm really REALLY excited about the pictures that we took at the George Bush Library!! Hopefully within the next week they'll make another post and add even more pictures! You know I'll post them when they do! :)

Happy Birthday to ME!!

It's been a good birthday so far! Had a great birthday lunch with my Dad at my favorite Mexican resaurtant where I live, Las Fuentes! :) Now, I'm excited about celebrating with the rest of my family tonight and...of course.... BACHELOR FINALE!! I realllllyyyy hope he picks Emily tonight!!

Why I'm Excited It's March!!

First, I'll start by giving a late weekend recap..Friday I spent all day getting ready for Saturday which was our engagement picture day!! I got my nails done, hair done, spray tan...the works!! I was so excited!!

Saturday morning rolls around and it's foggy and cloudy. I kept hoping by the time we finished our pre-marital counseling that the skys would clear up but it just started to get worse. :( By the time it was time to meet at the George Bush Library for our first round of pictures it had started sprinkling. We still took some pictures until the rain started getting harder. We changed location ideas and went to the historic La Salle Hotel in downtown Bryan for some indoor pictures. My hair was starting to fall and especially when we took some shots outside, we finally had to call it quits. Thomas and Erika were so nice and apologetic and were happy to reschedule the rest of our pictures in a few weeks. They were excited about several pictures and they said they should be posted soon so I can share with all of you!

NOW....Why I'm excited it's MARCH!!

1. MY 24TH BIRTHDAY!

Man, I would love this cake!!

It's also my Mom's (March 3rd) and my sister's (March 25th) birthdays!!

2. Bachelor Finale on my birthday!!

(and a finale watching birthday party!)

3. Bluebonnets and Bridals!! :)

I'll be taking my bridals once the bluebonnets come out..which is what I've always wanted to do!


4. Pay off our honeymoon!
